The discussion over how to most appropriately "use" the forum has me wondering how most people organize the posts. (I feel like this would have an impact on your tolerance for AW appointment/symptom threads that could/should be in the communal thread, for example.)

Re: How do you organize TB? Clicky Poll
I recently started organizing it by last post date and I am still deciding whether I like it or not. It's convenient to help weed through the crap and keep on top of popular posts where there's a good discussion going on, however, it makes me uncertain as to whether I've posted in some threads (such as the new baby ones).
I would guess some of the more "advanced" users switch back and forth between different types of views to help them with this sort of situation?
ETA: the other issue, is I've become self-conscious about posting in "old" threads now since realizing how it will bump it up for anyone who's viewing it that way. Lame, I know.
I am OG & sort by original post date. I never became a fan of the sort by last reply option - aka the "bump" feature.
I will sort by all posts I've participated in, in order to view my posts, since the "My Posts" option on the bottom left sucks now.

It's down underneath the list of threads when you're just looking at the board (and not a specific thread). I only just bothered to change it recently.
This is why ProBoards is kind of awesome, but The Bump boards over there are pretty much dead. I also like being able to preview the first bit of a post just by hovering over the subject line.
Yes. It drives me crazy that the new app can't sort by last comment.
I love this proboard feature! My old nj nest board is all on proboards now & we've always been really active. You don't know how many times I come on here & hover over the subject expecting the preview text to pop up, lol!
I'm surprised and quite ashamed I didn't see that earlier...oh well, I didn't start posting until TB so I can blame it on preggo brain! Thanks beans!
