I have had a fever since yesterday morning. Not sitting-on-the-sun temperatures or anything, but between 99 and 100. At what point do you stop saying, "oh, it'll probably go away", grow some lady balls, and call your doctor?

Re: What to do about a fever?
Tylenol. & it's not anything to call your OB about until after 102 :-)
& 99-100 isn't considered a "fever" in adults. Especially someone who is pregnant--your body temperature naturally rises when you're KU.
But try some tylenol & see if it makes you feel better

I've been taking Tylenol and it does nothing. I also have notoriously low temps (96-97). DH pretty much said the same thing though. Alas, more fluids and cool washcloths for me.
If that's the case, I would call to confirm that there is nothing else you need to be doing. I have low normal temps as well, so when I run a "fever" it's usually no higher than 101.
I believe my OB's rule is a temp above 101.5, that being said it's up to your comfort level. If you do tend to have lower normal body temperatures, you might want to call just for peace of mind. I also tend to run in the 96-97's and rarely ever spike a fever higher than 101.
This. And even with a low grade fever I'd still call if it hasn't gone away after a few days just to see if there's anything you should do. In the meantime, you can take Tylenol.

BFP3: DD2 born Feb 2013 at 38w4d via unplanned RCS due to uterine dehiscence
If it were me I would call. My OB's rule is 100.4 or higher sustained for at least 12 hours. I know that seems like a low threshold but he said any rise in body temp could affect LO's if it's maintained long term.
Worse case scenario they tell you to call back if it goes over X but at least you called and asked. I mean that is what we pay them a lot of money for right ;-)
Let us know what you decide to do and what the OB says if you call!

During pregnancy, your natural body temperature rises quite above normal. If you're concerned, call your Dr. But honestly, I don't think it's anything to worry about--that's my professional nursing judgement. lol

I called, just to make sure. They said if my temp goes about 100.5 to make an appt with my doctor because it could be a bacterial infection (especially because I have already developed a cough and sinus/ear/jaw pain). They also told me I can take Sudafed, which is so freaking awesomesauce. I can almost breathe again!
Thanks for your help, ladies
