It's gray and drizzly, I am huge and uncomfortable, but I don't care.
It's DS's 2nd day of preschool, we had a great drop-off, and this means I have TWO HOURS by myself. I have nothing major to do today since I'm done work. Took a leisurely stroll through Kohl's, bought a baby gift for a friend, made a few returns at Target, and am now back at home literally with my feet up, enjoying a decaf pumpkin spice from Starbucks (made more enjoyable because I bought it with the $5 for $10 Living Social deal from this week).
I mean... I don't even know what to do with myself for the next hour! Read a book? Shower and - gasp - blowdry AND straighten my hair?
Tra la la la! I'd be skipping if I could.
Moms of toddlers, I know you get this!

I will hopefully get to experience this next week when DS starts preschool! It will probably be hard for me to drop him off but I'm really looking forward to some alone time before this next little one arrives!
Love this post!
Preschool day here too. It was her first day and it was only an hr. She did great too! I was so nervous that she would be clingy but OMG she is the talker in her class as well and the bossy teacher helper! ::sigh::
I'm back home (after dropping her off at my inlaws) and Im working from home the rest of the day.
Take care and enjoy your free time!!!
My day will come too, right??
Sounds amazing. Enjoy every minute of it!
I think I'm headed for a massage and pedi this weekend, leaving DS with DH. Mommy-time is great!
