My chart is just a big ole clusterfuck this cycle. Two nights I fell asleep on the couch, not in my bed so the temps are all messed up, and yesterday I developed a UTI at work (gotta love being so busy you can't pee for 7 hours) and had a full degree jump this morning. I'll just go with CM changes, but it's annoying that I had 4 good cycles when I was just trying to get the hang of it, and now, our first one really trying, it's screwed up.
