Flat head.... =/

So even though my LO does alot of tummy time, and right now she's constantly being held by me and her grandparents, the only time she is on her back is when she is playing on her playmat, and sleeping.... and yet, she has a flat head in the back... its kind of starting to bother me because I know I'm giving her alot of tummy time. She's so strong that she's able to hold herself up on her elbows! And her head sticks straight up.... i just dont know what else to do.... anyone else dealing with a flat head??

Yep. Our pedi wasn't concerned and said it would correct when he started sitting up and moving around more. Really trying to do tummy time though.

may be u can try this. my friends dd had flat head and it helped

yep, our DD has a flat spot. The pedi hasn't said anything about it yet, but I'm going to ask him at our next appointment. I'm just trying to do more tummy time and let her sit in her Bumbo seat. I think most of the time they do just round out a bit once they're sitting & crawling more. I really don't want DD to have to wear a corrective helmet : (

Same here. Since our next appointment isn't until 2 more weeks, I called my pedi. They said not to worry right now, but that they would keep an eye on it and hopefully it will round out. I try to put her head to the side when I lay her in her crib, but of course she is going to move it however she wants throughout the night. It does worry me a little though. Like the pp, I don't want DD to have to wear a helmet!
