Why do I feel like death?!?!

For the last 23 days Michaela has been super clingy and whiny. She has been poopong like a mad woman like 34 times a day. very odd for my kid I thought/think it's just teething. However yesterday I started to feel really icky, light headed and woozy, I thought I might just not have eaten/drank enough. But today I started having really bad diariea sp? sorry TMI and still feeling like crap, pardon the pun. I hope this is just baby stuff and will pass quickly. I really can't afford to get sick at all right now. DH leaves in 2 days and I still have a ton of work to do before he leaves:. Good thing Michaela has he Dr appt. I will be able to ask if this is "normal" or sickness:

Aw, feel better. Sophia has been whiney and clingy for a month now and it is due to teething. Those effing teeth will not come through. I see the puffy white swollen gums on top and bottom but they just won't pop:(
