Bitten

I'm not trying to call for anyone's head on a platter...out to get people fired, or small children in trouble...I'm just sad because my little guy was bitten today at DC. Sad My husband said they called him, and that he could hear the him laughing in the background, so clearly he's over it (mommy isn't)...I just never want him to feel an ounce of pain, I know that's impossible...I am in for it now, because the bumps on the noggins, and being bitten has begun.  I know it's all a learning process, I just wish I wasn't so sensitive to it all.

    My LO was bitten too not too long ago and it was by my friends son. It was so hard for me not to get mad especially because it left a bruise. I know how you feel. Things are gonna happen and we'll have to learn to comfort our LO's and move on. :)

    was it my son?????? my son bit a little boy at dc. The dc teacher knew that we are trying to curb the biting and explained how we are working on the issue. my son and the boy he bit played well together all day up untill the last 20 minutes. I am upset he bit someone and wish there was a way not to make him bite. I am sorry your son got bit today and wish biting was a phase we all didn't have to face.

    DD was bit all the time in daycare. I ended up switching because of it. Like 4x a week for a month... It is devastating to know your baby got hurt.

    That being said, DS is a crazy biter and would probably get kicked out of daycare if he was there...

    I completely understand it's a part of childhood development.  I hope we're never on either end again...although that's probably not likely. Thanks for the support, just sad for my little guy.  He's more than fine.
