Occasional BM still painful...

Do any of you ladies experience this? Every once in awhile I will have a BM that I can feel moving through my intestines and it sort of becomes a bit painful when it gets around where my ute is. I'm not constipated, it just hurts a little bit as it moves towards the exit. Am I the only one feeling this?...
