Reformed catnappers?

When did you LO's grow out of catnapping?  My LO just turned 4 months and is still taking 4ish 30-45minute naps a day.  She sleeps at night from about 8:30pm-7am during the week and 8:30pm-8am during the weekend so that sleep is good.  Did they outgrow it naturally or did you somehow enforce it?

    DS is slowly starting to lengthen his naps. All of his naps used to be 30-45 min and now his morning nap is turning into 1 1/2-2 hrs on most days lately. Occasionally one of his afternoon naps will also be longer.

    I still have a cat napper... 4-5 naps a day at 30-45 min each, unless she is sick or has shots they don't last too much longer.

    DD1 was a 30 minute cat napper for 8 months. Around then she transitioned to two naps a day which stretched out to about 1.5 hours each. I tried everything to "fix" this but nothing worked, it just worked itself out on it's own.
