High School English teacher and mom of 2 kids:

DD, born 9/06/00 -- 12th grade
DS, born 8/25/04 -- 7th grade

    I liked both the teachers well enough, but last year both boys had pretty handsome male teachers, so, it wasn't as exciting this year.
    Stay at home mom to a house of boys: two amazing stepsons, 12 and 9, and our 4 year old.

    I met DS's teacher yesterday, but knew her before.  I like her and have heard great things about her.  She is supposed to be really good with special needs kids.  She has a student teacher this year too, so I'm very excited that there's an extra set of hands in the room.  I think it will be a demanding year for him, but he will be well prepared for 3rd grade.

    DD has the same teacher DS had for KG, so I'm happy about that.  I know she'll be well prepared for 1st and have a good growing year there.  I'm a little worried there are 28 kids in her class, though.  

    DS1 age 7, DD age 5 and DS2 born 4/3/12
