I have been very active in the months we have been TTC, 5-6 days a week of cycle class, mixed in with some weight training, pilates and yoga, each once a week. I got my BFP today, I am 37, had a miscarriage 3 years ago. DH is not letting me go work out today!!! He says I am extremely high risk!!! I am so glad that I have an appointment on Thursday, and I am sure DH is just over reacting and I can get back to my work out.
Re: BFP and Over protective DH
Unless your DH is a doctor, he's unqualified to tell you if you are high risk or not. And you had one miscarriage, which is not uncommon. Talk to your doctor about exercising and listen to them. They will likely tell you that moderate exercise is fine, but not to add in any new routines. They may give you a recommended heart rate to stay under as well.

Thank you guys for the support! Unfortunately or fortunately, he is an MD, but not an ObGyn, I have already told him that I am listening to what the doctor says tomorrow. I do have a tendancy to gain weight, so I have to keep a healthy diet and regular excerise routine to maintain, and thinking about not doing anything, just worries me that I would have more complication and weight gain.
