Went to doctor's and I'm 1 cm dilated. I was informed that I'm not making it to my due date...so I don't have 4 more weeks to think of a name ! Freaking out a little.. ANY NAME SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE EXTREMELY HELPFUL.

Re: 36 Weeks, 1 cm dilated, NEED NAME!! (Poll)
I like Ava the best but really dislike the name Rose. How about Ava Raquel or Ava Faith? I also do like Alaina Raquel. Good Luck
*middle names on my list for Ava are Penelope, Monroe & Jordyn. Just throwing that out there in case one cathches your eye*

Alaina Raquel, but I didn't notice your ticker.
I think Paige complements your son's name better. If Elizabeth is too tame for your H then I think Paige Raquel sounds nice too.
I voted for Alaina Raquel. My second choice for you would be Paige Elizabeth.
The other names are pretty, but frankly I am tired of seeing them.
Good luck!

I like Ava if the popularity doesn't bother you; Paige if it does.
Just so you know, though, dilation isn't a huge indicator of when you're going to go. Some women stay 1 cm dilated for weeks (or 2, or 3...It's not uncommon). Don't freak out just yet.
This! I was 1cm one week, 2 the next, 3 the next.
Definitely Paige Elizabeth. It's a beautiful name!
Also ditto PPs. The fact that you are 1cm dilated is really no indicator that you will or won't make it to your due date. (That's why I opted out of any internal checks until I went into labor. They really don't tell you anything. You can be 1cm for weeks or not be dilated at all and go into labor later that day.)
Stay calm and good luck! Everything will be fine!
I voted for Paige Elizabeth. But I like all of your names.
One of our rules is to stay out of the top 10 names. We want ours to be common enough but also don't want them to end up in a class with 10 other kids with the same name like we did when we were in school.
I avoided Madison, Ava and Emma because they were both in the top 10 baby names last year according to the social security website.
That was a little long winded..... sorry

Salt, did you use Bradley/go natural? We're doing Bradley this time, and opting out of internals seems to be a common thing with that method.
