Ear infection and flying

Dd and I are in Colorado right now and our return flight home is tomorrow. I'm fairly confident she developed another ear infection. It's the same symptoms we just went through about 3 weeks ago. I'm currently sitting with her sleeping across me but I think we will obviously end up in an urgent care today.
Does anyone know about flying with a toddler who has an ear infection or if I need/should try and move my flight? Gah I hate this :

    We have flown when LO has had an EI. There are Rx ear drops that numb the ear you apply 30 min before take off.
