DD has been wearing undies to bed for 2 - 3 months now and used to have an accident maybe once a week, if at all. Now the accidents are more frequent for some reason.
I really don't want to (and DD says she really doesn't want to) go back to pull-ups at night, but I don't know if there's anything else we can do?
Should I try waking her up really early, having her use the potty and go back to bed or just keep doing what we're doing?
Any advice would be great,
Thanks
Re: night time potty training
This is what I would do, and have done... since she is already in undies, I might try to bring her right before you go to bed for a dream pee, but I would not do this more than a week. I would make sure she is emptying her bladder right before bed and limit fluids after dinner. But, some kids are just not ready. My 2 yr old stays dry every night and goes to bed with a cup of water every night and my 4 yr old is limited after dinner and wakes up wet. You might just have to do sheets every morning. It sucks, but it is what it is. We told our middle son that when he stay dry for 1 week straight he can move to undies at bed time. I am not really in a hurry, there will be so much more laundry then!
