Any LOs rolling over yet?

I think belly to back typically happens around 2-3 months. Just wondering if anyone has rollers yet?

I don't. She's not a huge fan of tummy time so I'm having trouble getting it in. Most times she is on her tummy for only a minute or two before she is getting upset but we try mutliple times a day usually. I sometimes think she is going to do it when she is super upset and stuff. haha.

  • Not yet but he's trying. I can see one side come up, but he never quite makes it. I always think in a fit of protest he'll just roll over, too! Like, "Oh you want me on my belly, I'll show you!" It never works, though!

I don't think it will be too long though.

  • DD just recently started to act like she might be sort of trying to roll back to belly. I read that sometimes they don't even roll till 6 or so months, and that's not that abnormal.

  • My lo started belly to back at 4 weeks. I thought it was nuts and a fluke but every time I put her on her belly she rolled, she hates tummy time. She started going back to belly about 1 month ago.

  • DS rolled belly to back on Friday at 11 weeks. The more upset he is the less likely he is to actually do anything. He really hates tummy time, though.
  • I think LO will roll back to belly before belly to back... She is making attempts at both, but she also doesn't like tummy time very much...

  • He did once at 9 weeks. Since he hasn't done it since, I guess it was a fluke! He still tries, so we'll see

  • Not rolling yet! When she's on her belly she does swing her hips side to side, so maybe it will happen soon.

  • Yup, DD can do belly to back... not consistently, though. She gets there when she wants to be on her back, but sometimes she's just content where she is. She started about 2 or 3 weeks ago.

This. DS works his little arms under him just right and rolls right on over since he was at least a month old

  • She started rolling belly to back last Friday (at 12 weeks and some change).  So much for tummy time.

  • DS can roll from stomach to back and from his back to his side....he can't quite get over the side yet lol I think his big fluffy cloth butt might help in weighing him down though Stick out tongue
  • He just rolled over for the first time last night from belly to back. I may have got way too excited over it. I even called my mother right away to tell her. :)

  • Baby James nearly rolled over from his back to his belly last night.  I was sitting in the floor playing with him and he tried while I was talking to my husband.  My stupid leg was in the way and I wasn't quick enough to move it, so he made it mostly over and got stuck on me then rolled back.  I was hoping he'd succeed today, but no luck :(

  • She has once, at 8 weeks! She has tried since, but she hasn't done it again yet. She's starting to do really well at tummy time though, she holds her chest up for quite a while!
