I finally went through the guesses of when Fifi would be born (from the baby shower) and, holy moly, my mother in law was literally ONE MINUTE OFF. She guessed 11:30 pm, Fifi arrived 11:29.
my husband found out that he had a meeting on May 11 that he didn't want to go to, so he started joking with me "if you can have the baby on May 11..." I had her 27 minutes before the meeting started...needless to say he didn't go to the meeting...
No one guessed it...but I was in my final semester of nursing school and really didn't want to go sit through a pinning ceremony and graduation ceremony. I was completely dreading being huge pregnant sitting on a stage in black for 3 hours and was hoping something would happen to keep me home...luckily my water broke the night after finals...which happened to be the day before graduation!!
My work did a 'baby pool' for what day my daughter would be born. There were about 15 people who submitted guesses... and I was the one who won! I was off by one day, but I was closer than anyone else.

Ha ha, nope. Even the midwife couldn't guess his birthday while I was in labor! I started having contractions on the 26th and went in to the hospital that night, but decided to go home. I checked into the hospital the next morning and I remember she kept saying "Oh, you'll probably have a baby by this afternoon." Then later that afternoon..."It'll be by tonight for sure." Nope, not until the 28th! It was a great date, though, because it was the anniversary of when my husband and I started dating.
I just had to tell you that Sophia was one of our girl names, I used to nanny for a little girl who was named Sophia and we still call her FiFi. She even had a poodle costume for Halloween one year that had a tag on it with the name FiFi. So adorable. And no one guessed my dd, I was due 6/12, had a scheduled c-section on 5/21 and ended up having them on 5/14.
Nobody guessed ours. DD was due the 18th, but we were scheduled to induce on the 5th. She was born on the 2nd which was also our 3rd wedding anniversary. It was kind of funny because we had joked about how crazy it would be if she was born on our anniversary, but we didn't think it would actually happen.
