why do I feel like something is wrong?????

I am 11 weeks tomorrow.

I have had a lot of migraines and got approval to take Excedrin migraine (did last pregnancy also) and it was ok.

My belly has grown (2nd baby) but this time I have had zero symptoms of this pregnancy.

I used to have *some* grumblings in my belly - but that has gone too. 

I am so worried - I have an ultrasound this week FINALLY. 

I have read of no heartbeats with zero signs of bleeding.

I have no bleeding - why am I so worried?????
