Well I am a big liar

I said I wouldn't start solids until around 5 and a half months, but we gave Owen some bananas today and he was the happiest baby ever! We had some dribbles, but most of it stayed in his mouth. He did better than his cousin who is 6.5 months old. Not that I'm comparing or anything.....
i wish i could be joking but my dad is the music teacher at a church so he owuld be mad. we had sex, all the time how bad i know but we dont want to wait and he said GREAT OH KAY! and I was really feeling the wets? down there- too embarsed to say- but he acted like man.

    I don't think age matters as much as their readiness.  I think some are ready close to 4 months and others aren't at 6. 

    I will start whenever I think LO is ready, and I don't really think she is yet, or maybe I just really love the non-stinky diapers...

    I gave Lincoln a tiny bit of banana yesterday, since I was eating one, and he loved it! I'm going to hold off on giving him anymore until October or so though.

    DD has been taking Rice cereal for about 2 weeks now, and just took some bananas this morning! :) She loves it, and most of it stays in her mouth. I love watching her face when she tries something new.

    I didn't think he would be ready this soon. His diapers are already scary stinky so I'm not too worried.

    I think some babies are just ready sooner than other babies. Yay for him liking it and doing well!

    AHH I gave Liam banana and avocado tonight. And he loved it. He was opening his mouth and saying "MA MA MA" until I gave him more. Sooo cute.
