Halloween costumes?

I know it's a little early, but I'm starting to think of Elliott's halloween costume. I feel like this year *might* be the last year I can pick his costume out for him before he starts having input, ha.

So...who's got fun ideas for Halloween?

    DH and I totally splurged this year and bought John's costume from Pottery Barn Kids.  It was super expensive (think around $80), but we figured he is going to be wearing it at least 3 times this year, so he will get some good use out of it.  Plus we could always sell it next year if we can manage to keep it in good shape.  He's going as Max from Where the Wild Things Are.  The costume is so cute and compared to other "Max" costumes, it's really nice and looks like the real deal.  Since John and I will be spending the fall in NY, it will keep him nice and warm without needing a jacket over it.  Now I just have to find a tail and some horns for myself, so I can go as one of the monsters. :)

     I love that one! Saw it in the store the other day, and it's so cute!

    We haven't decided yet, but I definitely had my eye on that one.
