Hazel's first day of school PsIP

Well today was Hazel's first day of wee school. When we got there she saw the puzzles at the table, dropped her lunch bag and claimed her seat! She didn't even care that we left. Luckily, I made it to the car before I cried. This was my first time leaving her with someone other than family and her first baby sitter when she was a baby. I cried a lot then too. Here she is walking in

i wish i could be joking but my dad is the music teacher at a church so he owuld be mad. we had sex, all the time how bad i know but we dont want to wait and he said GREAT OH KAY! and I was really feeling the wets? down there- too embarsed to say- but he acted like man.

    Aww! Yay Hazel.
    DH and I both cried on H's first day but she loved it. She was the same age as Hazel and the pic reminds me a lot of that day.

    I cried when I saw the spot in ds's babybook for a place for a picture of his first day of school. When he actual goes to school, I'm sure I'll be a mess.

    Big hugs!  It does get easier.  The days when she doesn't want to go and cries and clings to you will be hard though.

    Aw, glad she did so well being dropped off! I'm sure I would have cried in the car too! They are both adorable!

    The worst/best is when they have a fit and don't want to leave. You feel awful that your child is not thrilled to see you and grateful that they love it so much. Then they get to be about 2.5 and try to hide in the playground when you want to go and mock you because you can't reach them. Well that's how it goes down at our school..
