    Ok, I went. And read some of your other recent posts. I get that you are really excited for your baby, and that's great. But labor will be much easier if you can manage to relax a little now. 

    You may be having what's called prodromal labor. It's early labor that drags out for days or even weeks with relatively painless, though sometimes frequent contractions. Some people respond to this by dilating, some don't. Either way, it's not so fun and I'm sorry you're having to deal with it.

    But like I said before, if you can manage to relax and get your mind off of it for a while active labor will be a lot easier. Plan one last date night with your H. Go out for lunch or dinner with some girlfriends. Go to a favorite store and look at some awesome clothes you can buy in a few months when you're back to your normal body. Seriously. Something to get your mind outside of this.
