    Is this something I can sign up for email? How does it work - I get spammed by TB for 9 months and then get a baby in the mail? Or do I have to mail in my box tops and pick it up at the store?

    I think it's like the yoplait pink lids - they donate 5 cents per box top so you can collect them and get up to $50 off an IVF.
