  • I love my City Mini Double.  I am always shopping with both kids.  I am a SAHM.  I barely have trouble getting into places.

Same here, except we just got ours. I found it to be much easier to handle than the tandem strollers. Pushing a tandem stroller with a child in front felt like pushing a grocery cart with nothing in it but a huge item at the far end of the cart, the uneven weight distribution made it feel like I had to lift and pull a lot in order to turn and maneuver around. The City Mini double glides and can be pushed with one hand. It fits through standard doorways and aisles, too.

I have this also and love it. The front/back ones were just way too long for me. I use our double for errands, walks and trips. It's awesome.

  • I have the City Select. I love it. DH wanted a tandem. I went to the outlets and even my friend with a snap-n-go had issues. A lot of my issues ate typically due to ignorant people. I could never get through my Gymboree store with a sbs. That was a determining factor since that is the place I frequent the most. It is lighter with both kids than my single Graco. It also works well since DS is still transitioning to DD and he's in the "she's touching me" phase which includes him grabbing her hand and screaming. Thank goodness he's not actually saying it yet. I also like the fact that if I only have one (as in special DS days) with me, I don't have to wonder if I have the right stroller since it can be a single.

  • Also wanted to add, due to our different work schedules, DH and I see each other 14-18 hours a week. I'm always by myself with the kids. A double was a must for us. We also use it for walks.
