I never thought my husband would ever be the type to babytalk but, boy, I couldn't have been more wrong. I walked in on one of their conversations the other day. It went something like this

Baby cooing

DH saying, 'Tell me ALL about it!'

Baby cooing and looking very serious

DH saying, 'Uh huh, uh huh, I understand, two clowns AND a lion?!'

Baby then flashes her gummy grin

It was so cute and hilarious. What funny things do your DHs say to LO?

    It isn't so much DH that has surprised me but my dad! He likes to take Adalyn on a "stroll" around the house and will point to the light bulb, doorway, pictures, etc, and discuss it with her like they're in an art gallery! He also likes to go in front of the mirror and have conversations with her there.

    When DS was a few weeks old my H made up a song about boobies (because I BF).  It was called "Boobies are the best."  He would sing it to him consistently every night for a week or so.  It was funny :)

    My DH makes up the funniest songs.  We've been eating cereal this week and he sings "let's eat cereal" to the tune of "let's get physical".  So hilarious!
