  • RAH! RAH! SIS-BOOM-BAH!: Hooray for everyone who keeps on working towards their goals. Even if we don't make progress or post every week, you're all still keeping your goals in mind.

     

    ULTIMATE WARM FUZZY PLAN:
    Long term goal: 150lbs
    Milestones towards goal: 10 lb increments. I'm down over thirty baby pounds.

    BRAGGING ZONE:
    Last week?s successes:
    -Started 30 Day Challenge (I'm doing daily yoga)
    -I GOT A JOB!!!!!!! Woohoooooooo
    -Took the dog for two walks
    -Got a hair cut
    -Made delicious organic eggplant/squash parmigiana last night

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
    Fitness goals: daily yoga, three walks with the dog or dog and baby (and hubby)
    Nutrition goals: cook my acorn squash picked from the garden. Yum!
    Self-care goals: color my hair, put on makeup daily for work
    Mantra/positive thought for the week: No matter how long tough times last, things ALWAYS get better
    Miscellaneous goals: Read a book a few days this week
