Milestones towards goal: 10 lb increments. I'm down over thirty baby pounds.

-Started 30 Day Challenge (I'm doing daily yoga)
-I GOT A JOB!!!!!!! Woohoooooooo
-Took the dog for two walks
-Got a hair cut
-Made delicious organic eggplant/squash parmigiana last night
THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
Fitness goals: daily yoga, three walks with the dog or dog and baby (and hubby)
Nutrition goals: cook my acorn squash picked from the garden. Yum!
Self-care goals: color my hair, put on makeup daily for work
Mantra/positive thought for the week: No matter how long tough times last, things ALWAYS get better
Miscellaneous goals: Read a book a few days this week
