I milked myself like a cow today.

Babysaurus had a case of the wiggles, so I wasn't about to NIP and have her kick the cover across the room. I didn't have my pump, and she was HUNGRY. So..I went into the bathroom and milked myself into a bottle, got three oz from one breast that way (?!?), and fed it to her. This was my first time doing it, and it went pretty well! I felt kind of weird about it, but it was fast and easy. I will probably try it again?

    LOL!! DD's a pain when we try and NIP. She hates the cover and my ginormous boobs like to flash everyone if we don't use one. Plus, I always have to hold my boob since they're so darn big they'll pull out of her mouth. Bleh.

    We started feeding her oatmeal a couple weeks ago. I always "milk myself" to add some to the oatmeal. DH laughs at me as I squirt boob juice into her cereal. Eh...whatever

    Wow, you got a lot out! When ds was a lot younger I've done it just a bit into my pad so that my boob wouldn't burst open.

    I jiggle the nip a couple times, then sort of roll the area behind it with 2 fingers. If it's coming out slow, I push a little on my breast, starting from the part closest to my chest and going toward the milk sinus/areola.

    There's an art to it. I had to do it once when I was out of town. Lexi was sleeping and my boobs were about to explode. I think I got somewhere around 2-3 oz. I totally got the side eye from my mom along with questions about how I managed to milk myself, lol.

    I kinda want to try this. I didn't realize people could do this (easily). I'm impressed with the PPs milking several ounces out of themselves!
