Talking about poop...

DS hasn't pooped in 14 days. I haven't called the pedi yet because I've heard this is normal. I remember DD going awhile without pooping as well but not this long. Does anyone have any experience with this? Should I actually be worried? I know when he does decide to go we are going to have a major explosion!

    Guess that would help he is bf. He doesn't seem upset by it only by the fact that he has two teeth coming in. His belly isn't distended or hard.

    I would call. But my baby poops every day so even after 5 or 6 days I'd probably call in my case.

    10 days is the longest LO has ever gone. I'd say try some dark karo or 1oz prune juice with 1 oz water.  That's what the pedi will tell you to do.

    Is he peeing? I would try to get him to poop (bicycle legs, karo, prune juice, etc).

    Thanks for the ideas ladies! I tried the prune juice and bicycle kicks tonight...crossing my fingers they work! He is peeing like normal and seems happy. He even like the prune juice!
