Sounds like it could be the 4 month wakeful, if so, it will pass! Sometimes it will last a few days or a few weeks. If it doesn't get better after a several weeks, and your LO is over 4 months, you can look into different types of sleep training.
I ditto the fact that formula won't help. My LO is EBF and eats at 7:30pm, goes to bed, wakes up at 8:30am and the eats at 9am. Some babies just sleep longer than others and they all go through phases of good or bad sleep.
