I have mine next week too and am curious to see how it'll be. I've never had problems with any previous preg, but I'm slightly heavier now, past 30, have had some blood pressure issues these past few weeks, and have been a bit of a couch potato and drinking lemonade like it's going out of style! I know that it has more to do with your hormones than anything, but my risk factors have gone up. Not to mention I haven't hardly gained any weight yet and I read that sometimes that is caused by GD. Good luck to you!

Diet doesn't really have anything to do with it. According to my nutritionist and doctor, it is all about the hormones. If you fail it is because you have double the hormones in your system, not because you had too many frosties. They called me the next day to tell me that I failed.
You will probably be fine. Good luck!
Sorry you had to go through that. Sorry if I sounded dumb; I realized after I posted that my post sounded kind of flippant and callus. I'm just worried and feeling guilty. Stupid GD. Thanks for the happy vibes!
I don't think you sounded flippant and callous! I was trying to reassure you that if you do fail it is not your fault. Sorry if it came off as preachy or know-it-all-ish. Tone is always so hard to read online. I really hope you pass!
