Sometimes sharing things like that when there's no definitive answer is too much. I totally understand! I didn't tell my family when we went to L&D because I didn't want to worry everyone and then take it back when everything turned out all right. I totally get where you're coming from with the "making it real", too.
I'm glad things are all right and that you got some great pictures of your LO!
