If you like the nanny and the parents, I'd definitely pick nanny share. They do get some socialization as they are with another child and they won't get sick. I like the individualized attention. I'd move her to daycare at 18 months though.. or 2 at the latest when they do benefit greatly from socialization. Before that, IMO it's just great if they aren't the only kid. I've done nanny share and then daycare. For us, the price wasn't that different (nanny share vs daycare). The second time the nanny share didn't work though since we didn't' like the new nanny.
