Just beginning to spit up

My DS is 6 months and has never really spit up since he was born. Here lately he has started to do it after taking a bottle. He burps very good so I don't think that's the problem. Idk, maybe I'm just being a worrywart. Lol. Any ideas? Tia!

    Is he more mobile? My son will randomly spit up if he starts moving too soon after a bottle.
