The 30 Day Challenge is almost here! (insert stadium cheer here)

Make it your own! Some have mentioned they are going to engage Mondays-Fridays. That's great too! That will still be 20 days of success.

Don't get discouraged. Do as many days as you can. Even if you only do 10 days, that is still 10 days more towards your goal than you had at the beginning of the month.

You may be surprised at the improvements you make/get when you do something consistently, even in small increments.

Remember, to let everyone know what you did every day. Who ever is the first one to post for that day can start the link. Just title it "30 Day Challenge" and the date. (You can add the original link like above in case someone wants to join in mid-challenge and needs to info, but don't worry if you don't do it. I will try to remember to add the link when I post.)
