Come in if you have the BJCM Double...

I have the 2011.  I used it a lot the first 4 months after my DD was born and my DS was 2.5.  Then DS started wanting to walk all the time so now I rarely use it...only when we're going to be out all day at an amusement park or something and I know my DS might get tired.

Anyway, the last few times I used it the front wheels keep locking on their own. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and what you did about it?

    Call their customer service!  I have a BJCM single and when I was having a problem with one of the straps, they sent me an entirely new seat cover with the new straps attached.  No cost to me, I just had to return the old one.  They were really speedy too.  This was a couple of years ago, so hopefully they're still just as great, but I would totally call them.

    Yes! It happened to me and was super duper annoying. I noticed that it would lock more when the weather was hot (e.g., I had no problems in the winter, but during the summer it would lock every other second). Fortunately, it first started happening a week after I got it and I was able to call the retailer and get a new replacement wheel. Since using the replacement wheel, I haven't noticed any problems.

    Definitely give them a call and see what they say.
