Strange question

Hi! I generally lurk but I am hoping someone can help. My daughter has diaper rash and I began applying breast milk this morning. I used my oldest frozen bag (I extended my leave so I won't need it). My question is can I only use the thawed milk for 1day even if it is just for applying to diaper rash? Thanks! I also wanted to say thanks for being such a great board to come to for help.

I'd use it until it smelled like sour milk in the fridge.

And if the rash gets worse, then I'd treat for yeast.
