I have been nursing for 7 wks now and am going back to work soon and going to have sitter use formula during the day which formula is best to transition from nursing to formula??

    It really does depend on the baby, like the pp said. My LO can't tolerate anything but Similac Alimentum. I would just start supplementing now and try a newborn formula like Enfamil Newborn or Similac Advance just to make sure your LO is ok with it before you go back to work.

    i have heard some nursing moms use gerber goodstart but I agree it all depends on what your LO can tolerate.
