Mastitis and supply

My supply has gone down due to mastitis. I have been on antibiotics for 3 days. I have still been pumping (I EP)...any idea when my supply will rebound? I already had a low supply and have to supplement as it is. 

 Also, when does the redness on the breast go away? Looks like I got a bad sunburn!

    My supply went down both times I had mastitis. It rebounded in a week or so. Stay hydrated and keep pumping. Massage the infected breast while pumping. A heating pad was my best friend when I had mastitis. The heat helped to get the clog to clear. The site kellymom.com has lots of helpful info on mastitis. Hope you feel better soon. Mastitis sucks.
