I've never made it, but that is what I tend to get from the work cafeteria when I don't bring lunch, so I figured I should probably give it a go. Any favorites?

I really love this one:

I add dried cranberries and use fresh tarragon (3 tablespoons). I only add the sour cream and mayo mixture to taste, because how much you need depends on how much chicken you end up with.
2mommiesinoh summarizes my other chicken salad recipe well, which also doesn't have a recipe.

I do the same sans the greek yo and add a bit of chopped celery

I just had homemade chicken salad for lunch today! I make this all the time and I get rave reviews:
Grilled chicken
Red grapes (cut in half)
Chopped celery
Sliced almonds
Brianna's Poppyseed Dressing
Toss them together (use whatever amount you like) and voila! So good!
In England we cal this coronation chicken and I love it!
Wow! I'm so impressed with all you recipe-free-ers! I bow down to your cooking prowess!!
Thanks SO MUCH for all the ideas-- sounds like I'll have to play around with it a little bit to find one that works for me/us. Forced adventurousness, I love it!

Oh yeah, +1 on poaching the chicken. It's a super simple cooking method and keeps chicken breasts fairly moist. I just learned how to do it correctly recently!
