When do I go in for testing???

So, I am a bit crampy today - hoping it isn't AF, but trying not to get my hopes up too much...  My OBGYN wants to do testing on me if AF does come.  I could have sworn he said come in on the 7th day after AF starts.  I believe his misinformed me of when, I have heard 3 days & 5 days... Help...  When is the best time to go?  If 3 days, I may be in trouble - that my end up being Monday & the office will be closed for the holiday...

He is testing me for Estradiol, LH, FSH, Prolactin Level & TSH/Free T4

    For my Estradiol and FSH, my RE's office says Day 3, but you *can* do day 2 or day 4. So if Day 3 is Monday and they're closed, they could probably do day 4...

    TSH/Free T4 can be any day, as far as I know-- that's your thyroid function, unless he's worried about your thyroid function at a specific time in your cycle (but if you have a problem with your thyroid, that would show up any time)...

    Day 3 and 7 DPO, or day 21 if you're not sure when you O or if you do. Can't you get a script for the BW and go to a lab or hospital that is open on weekends?

    We are going out of State this weekend for the holiday - timing could not be worse...

    So far, no AF - but I have a gut feeling it will be here tomorrow. :(  I hope I am wrong & it does not come & I have to take a PT instead... LOL
