How long does it take to get into the breast milk?

So today I cooked some chicken breast up and it tasted a bit funny so I think it was bad. I did eat a bit before I realized this but then I threw the rest away. Now I'm having really bad stomach cramps and diarrhea sorry TMI. I'm breast feeding though and wondering how long it would take this to affect my breast milk. I don't want LO to get sick too so I'm just going to pump and dump for awhile and give her formula. How long should I wait before its safe to feed her my milk again?
