I know she is in the thick of Isaac, but I was wondering if she had been on today, and heard anything about her home or her parent's farm.

    Hey there! I'm glad to know I'm being thought of!

     I'm still with my cousin. Looks like I will be for at least 3 more days before I can get back home and see how the house is. My dad is back on the farm, and he said the house and farm is fine, no felled trees, and the crop didn't get washed out or blown up so it's doing fine. In fact, all the water was good for it! I'm still nervous about the house, but it sounds like NOLA didn't get hit too hard. Thank you for your concern!

    I'm so happy to hear our parents farm is okay, and I'm keeping fingers crossed for your house too. The flooding looks just awful all over the area. Take care!
