I want to make Alexander some sort of texture board or maybe book that has a lot of weird textured things he can play with. I know maybe it seems young for him, but I figure I can always give it to the other baby if he doesn't seem interested.
I am going to use sandpaper, a rug sample, some corrugated cardboard...but after that I am stuck for things to use. I would prefer them to be flat-ish, so I can attach them all to the same board. Any ideas?
Re: Ideas for a texture board?
felt, contact paper (stickiness),.. can't think of anything else that the other girls haven't posted.
Line one board with pipe cleaners?

One of O's books has reinforcers stuck to the page-he loves that page!
It is for suction cups on octopus arms = )
