Anyone have success with DOR?

Hello everyone!! I post on TTTC and was just needing to hear success stories of people with diminished ovarian reserve. I am having a rough day. : (  I have been trying for a little over 2 years and have just started on injections with IUI.  You can see the rest of my history at the bottom.   Has anyone who has been diagnosed with DOR and got pregnant not once but twice after the diagnosis?

TTC SINCE 7/2010, BFP-10/2010 ended in miscarriage 11/2010 : (.....
Progesterone level 4/2011= 11.29. SA normal. HSG normal.
8/11 Clomid 50mg=BFN progesterone level 35,
10/11 Clomid 50mg =BFN progesterone level 31,
11/11 Clomid 50mg=BFN progesterone level 12,
12/11 Clomid 50mg=Progesterone 31
01/12-Break from meds-BFN
Feb-cd3 blood work FSH(5), AMH(0.56) 02/12 Break....
03/01/12-Clomid 50mg with IUI #1=BFN.
04/01/12-Another round of clomid with IUI#2=BFN.
5/8/12-Diagnostic Laparoscopy-found minimal endometriosis and small fibriod.
June and July-much needed break
August-Bravelle 75 with IUI#3- BFN
September-Bravelle injects with IUI #4-BFP!! MC 10/7/12 : ( Sonohysterogram-Normal
December- Bravelle(3 good follicles & E2 1252) with IUI#5 BFFN :*(
July IVF #1- BFP! : )  Beta #1-245, #2- 703, #3- 1655, #4- 3553 YAY!  Praying and Praying this one sticks around!
                  1st U/S scheduled for Aug 23rd!  
Twins!!
We are having a BOY & a GIRL !!

    Quite a few of us have, in fact!  My RE is quite adamant that age is the biggest factor even considering all bloodwork.  What is your antral follicle count?  That's important too.  In reading your history I think you have very good chances, and I wish you the very best!  I'm sorry you're having a rough day. :(

    DOR wasn't part of my dx the first time around, but in hindsight (based on the outcome of our first IVF cycle - 5R,4M,3FT after 14 days of stims) my RE is pretty confident that it should have been. My AFC for CD3 this round of testing was only 7, but I was up to 10 at my Lupron Evaluation. We are trying the Microdose Lupron Flare protocol this time, but we have MFI as part of our dx as well. I've heard lots of success stories here and wish you the best of luck!

    Thank you for your response!!  I haven't had an antral follicle count yet.  I will be getting one if this cycle doesn't work.   Thank you for reading through my history too and wishing me luck!! It was good to hear you think I have a good chance!!

    This morning was rough and stupid me was trying to figure out if I could test.  I took an hcg booster shot on Monday of 2500iu and was thinking if the rule of thumb that everyone says that you metabolize 1000iu a day on average, this would make the booster shot out of my system around 2.5 to 3 days!!  Then me taking a pregnancy test after work at 9 am on Saturday would of put me at 5 days post booster shot.  Soo guess who went to the store and bought pregnancy tests since I am out of the wondfo tests.   Thats me!  I took it and there were 2 lines.  I want soo bad to think this is it but there is still a possibility that it is the booster hcg shot still in my system.  I ended up taking another test around 9pm and the second line was still there but a little lighter than the one from earlier.  aghhhh wish I would just wait until next thursday (8/30) like the nurse told me too.  Today is also day 12dpiui.  I hope this is it!  Hope it isn't the booster shot.

    Me!  The last time I had my AMH level checked it was .7 and my RE made me feel doomed ... got a surprise BFP that month and now have a beautiful baby boy!  GOOD LUCK!

    I was 40 and 43 when I had my kids.  I was a very poor responder to the meds and made only 6 eggs at the most.  I told the RE I didn't want to know my AMH numbers because I knew my age and how I responded obviously made me DOR and I didn't need numbers to make me feel worse.  My RE kept telling me it was quality and not quantity - I didn't believe her at the time because I'd hear women talking about 20 and 30 eggs they retrieved.  But she was right - I got pregnant twice from my small numbers. 

    Also- my friend did 4 IVF's.  She got 1 egg from those 4 IVF's.  Talk about DOR -she had 1 egg!   One little egg.  She now has a baby girl from that egg. 

    3 IUI's and 2 IVF's later- Brady arrived. Born at 36 weeks after PUPPS and pre-e/HELLP.
    IUI- BFN IVF #1 -BFP! Allie is our 2nd IVF baby. Born at 36 1/2 weeks after pre-e again
