lower back pain

I am back at work after a summer off.  I stand for most of the day and my lower back in now very sore.  Do you think this is something to worry about?  I have also been having more cramping (not sharp) on the front left side.  Everything is fine when I am laying down so I think it's okay.  What do you all think?  I am probably just being paranoid and last night I had two bad dreams about things happening to the baby.  :(

    I too am back after the summer off and have noticed lots more cramping in my back and my lower abdomen just feels sore. I am guessing its all related to being up and about more!! You can always call just to.get tour OB's opinion, but I bet its related to being back on your feet! (You're a teacher, right??? What grade?)
    2/11 Diagnosis: DOR-AMH .62, LPD and MFI-4% Morph
    IVF #1-July 2011 7/9/11-Started Stims
    7/20/11-ER:No eggs in 4/5 follicles. Left the 5th follie intact and converted to an IUI
    8/3/11-Beta #1=BFN,
    Nov, 2011 BFP #1=m/c at 7 wks 3 days
    11/11-AMH .47, IVF #2 March 2012...or not!! Surprise BFP on 2/19. Beta #1=161. Beta #2 305 Our little miracle girl is on her way! Due Oct 29, 2012

    Im on my feet all day, and I had a lot of back pain from 24 to 28 wks. It was actually the position of the baby.

    Oddly, approaching 34 wks...I have none. Guess lo moved. But it's normal, pretty much par for the course.

    I'm totally in this boat too! Standing all day is draining me after the ability to sit whenever I wanted in the summer. I'm having a hard time describing feelings...not exactly crampy, but I'm very very aware of my abdomen area.
    Married 6/08, TTC 7/09
    MC w/ D&C 3/11 ~ 9.5 weeks
    CP/MC 1/12 ~ 5 weeks
    2 IUI's w/ BFN
    IVF 6/12 ~ 8R, 0F ~ Rescue ISCI gave us 3dt of 2 (6 cell, 9+ cell)
    DS born ~ 3/3/13
    IVF 6/14 ~ Operation Sibling ~ 10R, 5F ~ 5dt of 1 Blast
    Beta 1: 1600+, Beta 2: 4588

    I was having terrible lower back pain and RLP so I bought a maternity support belt at destination maternity and it has helped SOOOO much.  I've been in every day setting up my classroom and it's been a godsend.

    I've thought about this, but we are in the 90's, sometimes hotter, through Oct usually and have no air on campus.  I can't imagine having another item of clothing on to sweat through (especially considering I can barely make it through the day with a bra on!)
