I sure am. I feel more comfortable in heels than flats, plus it makes me feel like my legs look thinner. People kept telling me that I wont wear heels once I was pregnant, but here I am 6 1/2 months in and still doing it
I don't wear much else but flipflops during the summer. But, with school starting again, I will be wearing heels. My feet have swollen, and they usually ended up hurting at the end of the school day anyway. (2nd grade teachers are almost *Always* standing. However, if I'm teaching K, I will wear flats. I learned that lesson EARLY. lol.)

I can get away with it for a day here or there. Otherwise, it causes some mild swelling in my feet:( But, I do a lot of walking each day (over a mile) so that might be why.
Nope. I only really wear heels for special occasions since working with munchkins under six has never been a "heels profession". I was thinking about wearing some heels for my baby shower, but I think my feet have already grown. I put on one of my fancier pairs of flats yesterday and they were seriously uncomfortable.

This is our 3rd baby. I'm 5'1 and I don't own a pair of flats. So I obviously wear heals all the time (my sandles are even heals- I don't own flip flops). I've never had issues of discomfort and I wear them until birth. I also have never had feet swelling either (or increase in feet size- which sometimes happens in pregnancies).
My big fat feet can't fit into heels. LOL! I'm wearing flip flops! Here's hoping the swelling goes down when this humidity goes away. Then I'll be wearing boots.
Mostly flats and flip flops right now, but I do have a couple pairs of heels I still wear occasionally. I've retired my stiletto collection for now though since my balance is so off.
I usualy wear flats to work since I am on my feet all day with my job, however, I still wear heals whenever I would before becoming pregnant-church, out to dinner/movies etc. So far, they havent changed.
Yep. Most (actually I think all) of my work shoes have heels on them. I'm just not a flats person. The only non-heeled shoes I own are flip flops, sneakers, and rain/snow shoes. I probably should pick up some cute flats just in case...
I put away my wedges (which are the only heels I ever wear) they are all 3+ inches and balance not pregnant was rare at times... pregnant I can fall over sitting down.
My flats aren't real flats though. I don't do flip-flops and my flats at least a 1 inch heel, but I still consider them flats.
My ballet flats hurt my feet last time I wore them so I do fear my feet are spreading, so no telling what will happen come winter... I might live in tennis shoes!

Nope! My feet have already grown so for now and the remaining 13ish weeks I'm sticking with flats! (although I'm not a big fan of flats they're super comfy!)
My heels are all terribly painful by this point but I'm in denial about that. I've worn them to a few weddings and had to switch to flats before cocktail hour even ended. Last night I painted my toenails (side note: That might have been the last time I can attempt that on my own!) and even those little toe spacers hurt!
I won't lie I am still atleast once or twice a week. I seem to have better balance in them. HA I think it's because I pay better attention to how I walk in them then I do in sneakers!

Still rocking them!! Although in all fairness, I live in heels and always have. My husband teases me that I can outrun a charging bull if I'm wearing heels, but put me in a pair of flip flops and I'm a goner. So far my balance is still the same, so it hasn't been an issue. As strange as it sounds, I'm far more comfortable in my 5 inch heels then I am in flats.
Re: Are you still wearing heels?
I think heels look better, so I hope to stick with them for, eh, 14 more weeks. ;-)
Yes and no.
