Hello, my name is KaramelSutra i have PCOS. I had my son nearly two years ago, but after 2 iui's with clomid for 4 cycles. We were on a break for injectables and got pregnant. (must have been one of the 4 times a year I ovulate..)
Anywho, we are again persuing an addition to the family. We have completed another cycle of clomid/ovidrel. I'm 12dpo and had a bfn today. Our next step is injectables. I don't feel like I fit in in 3t or IF. Mind if I hang out here even though I'm not technically SIF?

Why do you think you are not 2IF? If it is because you also had primary IF, then you should know there are several of us here that have had both primary and secondary IF. Unfortunately, once you have had IF it doesn't just go away after a healthy baby is born.

A few failed IUIs summer 2012 and 2013.
DH taking clomid and waiting to see if he needs another vericocele repair.
Hoping for a 2015 baby or babies.

Yea, I know it doesn't go away (although I had hoped it would,lol). I didn't realize there were girls here who had primary If also! That's where my confusion lies!

I also have PCOS and had primary IF. Like AprilDrew, I thought that since we figured out what worked to get pg with DS, that the second go around would be a piece of cake. Not so much.
This is a great place for support and understanding.
Dx: PCOS and short luteal phase
18 cycles (3 with our RE) - Metformin + Clomid + HCG booster did the trick!
