Two new meds aygestin and clomid

Since I haven't gotten my period in 4 months, my doctor is starting me on aygestin. Does anyone have any experience with that?  Will I start bleeding right away or after all 10 days of taking it are over?  Is it best to take at night?

 

The second med is Clomid which I heard about before.  I really hope this works...  Any advice or input is appreciated.

    I've been on Aygestin before and did start bleeding shortly after coming off of it.  If I remember correctly it was worse than a regular period.

    I'm on it again, in prep for my 1st IVF

    Aygestin didn't work for me the 2nd time it was prescribed. The first time I started a light period after I came off of it. Then the prescribed it again and it didn't bring on a period at all.
