Update on me (sort of lengthy)
The consult went really-really well. Leading up to this consult, I had heard mixed reviews on Schoolcraft and his interactions with his patients, but no complaints here - based on first impression. I thought he was (obviously) smart, well spoken, and patient and thorough with my list of questions. He didn't rush us through the consult and he gave us every opportunity to ask away with any and all questions.
We have had a couple of other second opinions over the last couple of months and our decision is clear: we are moving forward with CCRM/Schoolcraft! I have complete faith in his ability to do everything he can to get us our take home baby.
Our plan is to head out to CO to complete the one day workup in January. 2012 has been an especially difficult year and I want to wait to start completely fresh in 2013. Our original thought was to cycle in April or May of 2013. I think DH is amped up post consult wanting to do it sooner - like March, but now I am the one semi wanting to delay it because I am absolutely terrified of going to these great and final lengths to have it end in disappointment - again.
One day at time - for now I am really pleased that we have decided on a new RE and I look forward to starting the process with the one day workup after the first of the year! Here we come Colorado!

Re: CCRM Consult Update
After 1 IUI, 3 IVF's with CGH/CCS testing, 10 early miscarriages, and lots of tears and frustration, we are moving on to Domestic Infant Adoption! We are so excited to see what the future holds.
Multiple ectopics, 2 failed IVF's
IVF #1: Did not get to ET, embies all failed PGD (major chromosomal defects)
IVF #2: We have 2 chromosomally perfect embies as a result of PGD (Boy/Girl) 1 failed the thaw (Girl) Transferred 1, yet ended as a c/p
