  Hi!! I'm about to lose my mind between work and school and DD being nuts. DH's work schedule changed recently so he's only home for dinner 2 nights a week, which just so happen to be the two nights I have class. It's... awesome. Preparing meals for 1+toddler is a PITA.

  Hi. I'm losing my mind. DS has decided he doesn't want to sleep.ever.

  Yesterday he woke up at 4am- wouldn't go to bed until almost 11. Tonight he's boycotting sleep again. 20 minutes in and he's still in bed screaming his head off.

  I took him to the pedi today and he has no ear infections, nothing but a cold. I feel bad making him CIO but he's overly tired and he won't let me rock him or be in the room to fall asleep. I feel like the worst parent in the world right now but I don't know what else to do.

  Ugh, that's a lot, I'm sorry. We miss you around here! If it helps, the only way I got through DH being gone at law school 4 nights/week was to cook a couple things on the weekend that we would eat for leftovers during the week. I would have lost it trying to make dinner every night. And thankfully DD is plenty happy with some turkey, cheese, broccoli, yogurt and fruit. She's had that more than I'd like to admit.

  Ugh, so sorry. I hope he snaps out of this phase soon! I'd probably be doing CIO too. Not many other choices at that point. Is he perhaps having bad dreams?

  DD is just over a year and I keep saying to myself, "when I am more rested...". Uh, there will be a time, right?  I have yet to recover from a recent business trip, LO's 1st birthday party, and various colds...
