Daycare provider thank you gifts? Advice please

My DD will be moving up to the 2 year old room next week. I want to get something small as a thank you for the three ladies in the room as DD loves them. I need it to be something somewhat inexpensive as I have been unemployed for the past eight months, will be going back to work in two weeks, and savings is shot, so money is tight at the moment.

Any suggestsions?

    How about something simple like bringing in breakfast for them- bagels, coffee, some small pastries.  I'm sure they would really appreciate it.

    Thanks! They finally told me yesterday. I am so relieved to be going back to work. It has been hard to stay home when I am used to working outside of the home and being so busy.

    Ditto some pastries and a nice thank you note.  Anytime I've brought in gifts, it's always the note I'm thanked for the most :)

    In addition to a note from you, a drawing from your LO would be nice too.

    Ask a florist for their best value stem on the day you want to give. Should be $5 or less and looks great and thoughtful
